The only founder and shareholder of the company is the Halyk Saving Bank Kazakhstan. Halyk Finance has a license № 4.2.92/28 allowing broker - dealer activity on the stock market with the right to keep clients accounts as nominal holder and the investment portfolio management activity. Halyk Finance is a member of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) in categories А, К, Р и Н with the right to participate in the financial instruments trading, that are in circulation on a special trading desk of the regional financial center Almaty, state securities circulated on KASE, non-state emissive securities, included to KASE official list, non-state emissive securities, circulated in the sector of “non listed securities” and state share holdings of private entities.
