The scope of work of the Corporate Finance Division includes:

• in-depth analysis and execution of sale and purchase transactions of shares or equity stakes in domestic and international companies; 
• comprehensive analysis and execution of M&A transactions; 
• Client company’s balance sheet optimization, including corporate debt restructurings and brining in new equity investments into the Client’s equity capital. New equity investments allow our Client companies to reduce their leverage, cope with ongoing liquidity pressure and advance to the next business development level;
• in-depth financial analysis of the Client company’s business; 
• investment planning and a thorough business plan preparation;
• identification and attraction of strategic and portfolio investors;
• tax optimization.
